Profile

She has been working as Assistant Professor of English Education for 14 years at St. Thomas College of Teacher Education, Pala, Kottayam since March 2006. Besides this she has three years of experience as Higher Secondary School Teacher in English and two years of experience as Lecturer in Education at Under Graduate Teacher Education level. She took her post-graduation degree in English from St. Berchmans’ College affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Her M.Ed. is from St. Ann’s College of Education affiliated to Mangalore University, Dakshina Kannada, Her areas of specialisation are English Language and Literature, and English Education. Her Ph.D. is in,’ Effectiveness of the Picture-Word Inductive Model in Learning English among Pupils of Standard Five’, (Bharathiar University, Coimbatore)
