The college conducts the annual sports day every year with a variety of events. The students are categorized into 4 houses and competitions are held accordingly. Outstanding sports persons and individual Champions in the men and women sections, and winners of various events were awarded trophies, certificates and prizes. They participate in State/National competitions. Inter house competitions are conducted on sports day to prove the students’ physical abilities and skills. Every year the students of this college participate in the Inter Training College Sports Meet at Kottayam. The students won Individual Championship for men and women. The college team was led by the general captain & four house captains and all the students took part in the sports meet. Facilities for indoor games like Table Tennis Board, Chess, Carroms are available. Volleyball court, hand ball court, shuttle badminton court, etc. are also available. We have a multi-purpose Gym which consists of Tread Mill, Exercise Cycle, Yoga Centre, Yoga mats, Aerobics Step Boards, T.T. Boards etc. In addition to these facilities, the Institution make use of the bigger playground of St. Thomas College, Pala and our model school ground for sports and games.
