Accreditation and Ranking is an integral part of the transformation of higher education in India. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)is an independent National accreditation agency. It was established in 1994 as an autonomous institution of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The college was accredited by the NAAC at Four Star level in 2000. It was re-accredited at the A+ level at the second cycle in 2007 and with A Grade at the third cycle in 2014.
