Human values and professional ethics are intertwined. Values are concerned with personal conviction with the core belief or desire that guide or motivate attitudes and actions. Ethics has been described as standards of conduct that indicate how one should behave based on moral duties and virtues arising from principles about right and wrong. The Code of Professional Ethics for teachers provides a framework of principles to guide them in discharging their obligations towards students, parents, colleagues and community.
Human values embody mankind’s deepest moral aspirations and form the bedrock of both individual lives and societal culture. It is crucial to consciously inculcate and practice these values to become a good person, allowing one to realize their potential as a human being.
The Institute embodies a community of cultivated intellectuals where freedom is cherished alongside responsibility. Understanding rights is coupled with a conscientious awareness of duties. The institution enforces a comprehensive code of conduct that governs the behavior and responsibilities of the governing body, college trust, principal, teachers, administrative support staff, and students.
